HELPING THOSE IN NEED IN 2010
Since the beginning of the hot food program it has continued to grow and expand. Today we are furnishing hot food in each
church (5 of them) three times a week. We want to say thanks to all our faithful partners who have been there and are making this possible. If you are not a partner please consider becoming one.
Three times each week a large pot of potato stew with an abundance of vegetables and some times different types of meat is
served. Each pot prepared cost around sixty to seventy dollars. For about eighty five cents we are able to feed a child or adult a large bowl of hot food. This is such a blessing when there is no
food at home and the families have no money. Because of you our partner we are able to see each child fed and sometimes left over food is sent home with them for another meal.
If you are interested in helping with food for the poor go to the “HOW CAN I HELP” page and get the necessary
information and print out the form and mail it in to the address on the form. You will in turn receive a receipt, a news update along with an addressed envelope for your next partner donation to be
mailed in.
It has been such a blessing to be able to work and help these poor children and adults have a better life. Without our
faithful partners we could accomplish nothing. There is yet more to do. With more partners we would be able to feed more people and touch their hearts for Jesus.
